Here at MAC we love a challenge. After outfitting this client’s home with stellar artwork, including a dramatic glass installation in the entry, a large figurative painting by Jason Myers in the main hallway, and two playful colorfield paintings in the main living area, the client expressed to us that they would like a large outdoor sculpture by their pool and our team jumped into action. The production of a 1,200 pound commission by public sculpture by artist Damon Hyldreth was just the beginning.

As the mammoth piece shipped from California all of the moving parts had to be directed including delivery and unloading of the oversized crate, building and staining the concrete plinth, etc. Installation days are always stressful due to the myriad of unanticipated problems that could crop up, but since our team of prepared coordinators had planned every aspect of the project from beginning to end everything went smoothly, and the final result was the crown jewel of the outdoor space.
